Thank you for using our Drawing App (“App”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we or our partners collect, how it is used, and the choices available to parents and guardians. The App is designed for children and families (target audience: ages 6–12). We follow the Google Play Families Policy and applicable children's privacy laws (for example, COPPA in the United States).
We do not directly collect or transmit drawings or other personal content created within the App — user drawings are saved locally on the device unless the user explicitly chooses to export them.
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect technical identifiers and usage signals (for example, advertising identifiers) required to serve ads. For this App, ads are served under non-personalized settings and the AdMob settings are configured for child-directed treatment where applicable.
We do not intentionally collect personal information (such as name, email, precise geolocation, phone number) from children. If you believe we have collected personal information from a child, please contact us (see section 8).
Information collected by advertising partners (e.g., AdMob) is used to deliver ads within the App. We do not sell or share children's personal information for behavioral advertising. We do not use the drawings created in the App for any purpose outside the device.
The App uses third-party ad networks approved for child-directed apps. Ads are non-personalized and configured to comply with the Google Play Families Program. We do not enable remarketing or personalized ad targeting for users under 13 (or the applicable age in your country).
Third-party providers may have their own privacy policies and practices. We recommend reviewing the privacy notices of the ad providers used by the App.
We retain no personal information collected directly by us. Data collected by ad partners is retained according to those partners’ policies. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information under our control, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
The App is intended for children ages 6–12. We comply with applicable children's privacy laws. We do not seek to collect personal information from children; any collection by ad networks is limited to non-personalized advertising identifiers as described above. If you believe we have collected personal data from your child, contact us and we will take steps to delete it and stop further collection.
